My dad has been having some fever and ache in lungs. These are the reports for the same. Please share the information as to what it might be. Doctors are saying it is pleural effusion.

According to the report he has pleural effusion - fluid in the pleural space . However would like to know his symptoms onset , duration, treatment received and if any other testing done . Kindly consider for a consultation for delayed analysis and discussion and treatment
