PFA CT scan report for my dad's chest as he had some pain near his ribs. He also had fever few days ago but the reports for TB came negative and Dr has been adamant on pleural effusion and infection. Please suggest if it's correct?

There is a effusion, however in addition there is a patch present . Fever could mean tb or pneumonia . Has fluid been removed and sent for testing ? Kindly consider for a personal consult for discussion and treatment plan
