7th month on TB medication
I m on Tb medication since 7 month, in last month visit I was told that course is almost complete but now I have started pain in chest after diagnostic I have right side minimal and left side mild pleural effusion, which is same as it was on initial stage of TB. Do I have still TB bacteria same as in starting or it's something else? Please guide

What tb did you have initially ? Did you have effusion to begin what ? What were the tests done and what basis was Tb medicine started ? What did the x rays in between show . Need to see the chest x rays. Kindly consult for delayed evaluation and plan of action
