Hello Doctor, I have developed a few small itchy bumps/spots on my inner thighs and around the outer vaginal/groin area. There is no pus, fever, or severe pain. The bumps are mildly itchy and a few have become slightly dark/scabbed. I also have some black/dark spots on my thighs in the same area. I would like to know whether this could be due to folliculitis, fungal infection, irritation, pigmentation from friction, or something else, and what treatment I should use. I have a one small red sore/spot on the underside near the base of my penis for the last 4–5 days. I initially thought it would go away on its own, but it is still there. It looks more sore/open at night, but after waking up in the morning it looks smaller, less irritated, and seems like it is healing. The pain is mild and mainly happens only when the area is touched or when the skin stretches. I do not have fever, burning urination, discharge, blisters, or multiple sores. I am unable to understand whether this is a follicle, boil, irritation, skin infection, or something else. Please advise what this could be and what treatment or precautions I should follow.
