Hello Doctor. I am a breastfeeding mother and my baby is 1 year and 3 months old. I want to use “Elvis Gloaming Face Brightening Night Cream” on my face at night. I have attached photos of the cream and its ingredients. Could you please check all the ingredients and tell me whether this cream is safe to use while breastfeeding? I will use it only on my face and not on my breast/nipple area. Please let me know if there is any ingredient in this cream that I should avoid during breastfeeding. Thank you, Doctor.

Actually before I have acne prone skin and now I have acne scars and dark spots so can I use tretinoin and azelaic acid

My son took Accutane (isotretinoin) (20 mg) for about 2 weeks. Shortly after starting it, he developed significant dryness and discomfort. He stopped the medicine about 35 days ago, but symptoms are still present and fluctuate in severity.                                                              Eyes: He has dry  and sometimes painful eyes. Eye drops provide temporary relief. He feels the left upper eyelid is producing little/no oil or no tears and feel pain in the eye, doubts about MGD. His eye examination showed 6/6 vision, normal fundus and normal eye pressure, with dryness diagnosed.                                      Internal body dryness: He has persistent dry mouth and throat with very less saliva in mouth , sticky/dry lips and dry nose, with a feeling of dehydration even after drinking ample water. Sometimes he wakes during sleep because of dryness. He experiences heavy breathing and internal dryness problems. Guide us about any specific dryness test for eyes and body.

My 21-year-old male friend has been developing a bald patch on his scalp. This has happened around 3–4 times previously. He has visited a clinic several times and was given injections on the affected area, after which the hair grew back, but the patch has appeared again today. The current patch is round/oval, clearly visible, and the skin looks relatively smooth without obvious scaling. He is very concerned and frustrated because it keeps recurring. Please advise whether this could be alopecia areata or another condition, what may be causing the recurrence, and what treatment or tests may be needed. Hello Doctor, I am a 23-year-old female. Since August, I have been having a skin problem that started as itching on my inner thighs. After itching, circular ring-like patches appeared. First it was on my left inner thigh, then on my right inner thigh, then under my right breast. Today, a new small ring-like patch has appeared under my left breast. Initially the patches were itchy, but now the itching has mostly stopped. The older patches have become dark brown/black and sometimes the skin peels. Hi All. my query is does taking supplements like NAC or Herbal Medicines (Arjuna etc.) or Whey Protein etc affects STD panel testing like HIV 1/2, TPHA, VDRL, HCV, HbsAg, HSV,  Gonnorhea, Chlamydia Urine pcr. I am taking them as a preventive health checkup and last sexual exposure was 6 months ago.
