I am a 31-year-old female. I have had a few small skin-colored bumps on my arm for around 1 year. They are clustered and have not gone away. Recently, one of the bumps has become swollen, red, painful, and developed a pus in the center. The surrounding area is inflamed and tender. Since the bumps have been present for a long time and now one has become painful, I want to understand the cause and proper treatment.

I had scar revision surgery about 10 years ago for this scar, but it is still visible. I’m considering further treatment now . Hi I am suffering suddenly fungal/Ringworm infection from last 15 days taking proper medicine and applying Fuzysone-M & Luliconazole 1.0% taking DJLEVO-M &Terbinext daily but no relief yet.What should I do I am feeling very Uncomfortable.
