Brain and Spine Problems

I was speaking and i suddenly couldn't speak for 3-4 seconds but then i could speak again. Initially I thought I was having a panic or confusion thing because I was talking to a person I'm not on good relations with. But my heart wasn't racing or any other symptoms so I'm concerned. We were having a normal conversation related to work. I was able to speak clearly before and after. I was too aware of it and it lasted too long to be panic or confusion. If it was confusion I would be spluttering out flusteredly mixing my words or something but it was more like I had lost the ability to speak. I have been under a lot of stress lately and was using screen for a couple of hours before this happened. Also, I have JME and have been taking medicine for about 5 years. I take Britzilam 50 two times a day to manage it. Before this incident I missed a dose yesterday morning. I have also been taking metrogyl, zifi and bacillus clausi spore suspension to manage a gut infection/loose motions.

I have been experiencing frequent pain at the back of my head, which feels like it is inside my head. At the same time, my eyes often become dry, and I also feel weak and low on energy. I have been under a lot of stress and anxiety because of pressure from my family regarding my studies, exams, career, and future responsibilities. I often feel that my family does not understand how much this is affecting me. They keep asking me when I will clear my exams and tell me that I need to do something because my father is getting older. Because of all this pressure, my mental and physical health has deteriorated significantly. I often cry alone and feel emotionally overwhelmed. I have also been having suicidal thoughts. I am 23 years old and the only son in my family. My father is over 60, which adds to my anxiety and sense of responsibility. I would like a proper medical evaluation for both my physical symptoms (headache, dry eyes, weakness) and my mental health. Please guide me regarding

I have been experiencing difficulty concentrating and focusing on things. I often forget recent things and sometimes even forget important tasks or directions. I also have a lot of negative thoughts and tend to think negatively about myself and my life. These problems have been getting worse recently and are affecting my daily life.

Hers bp as well as eye checkup is ok , hb is normal, bp also normal , ct scan reports also normal, still she is experiencing 24hrs dizziness and headache migraine too. What's the reason ,no cold too, taking proper meals also

My wife sufferings headache from more then 2 years And last 2 months she suffered daily headaches on head all sides. We consult MD doctor and she completed migraine medicine 10 days course but still not help. Now doctor ask us to another specialist who can confirm about CT/MRI Did we right track?

I fell on backside of my head in the bathroom. I having slight headache and head pain for last 7 days. Can anyone suggest whether I shall go for neurologist or general physician?

My mother had a fall day before yesterday and got slight injury in forehead, after 2 days today she developed black patches beneath her both eyes. Apart from that she is normal, slight pain in the forehead near the injury nothing else, no vokiting or fluids from nose or ear.

I am diagnosed by my doctor with severe anxiety disorder, depression and pppd . Started with paroxetine 12.5 cr for 1 month. It definitely working for both anxiety and pppd by 50%. So now my doctor wants me take paroxetine 25 mg cr But i can not tolerate 25 mg cr even after 1 month. So can i take 12.5 mg cr twice a day ? Rather then 25 mg cr od ?

Hi Doctor, For the last 8 days, I have been experiencing a strange sensation in my head. It initially started on the left side at the back of my head, near the ear. For the past 4 days, it has changed to a feeling of heaviness or pressure, like there is some weight on that side. It is not really a headache, but I occasionally feel small, pin-like pains here and there. I have checked some of my neurological functions myself, and everything seems normal. I can move my eyes normally, walk properly, do household activities, and continue my office work without any problem. Do you think I still need a CT scan or MRI based on these symptoms? I am also quite scared about the possibility of a brain tumor/cancer. I understand that no one can rule that out without proper examination or scanning, but I wanted to know whether my symptoms alone suggest anything concerning that would require imaging. Please advise me on what I should do next.
