Brain and Spine Problems

Yesterday i slipped and fellled on the ground and hurted my head .. my head is a bit swollen up and i constantly fell dizzy and wanting to sleep ... should i seek medical attension.???

Pt is saying the pain is coming due to lateral pelvic tilt(si joint dysfunction and sacrollitis) but the pain is I have  in back majorly lower right back,hip pain,groin ,right testicle and right leg pain sometimes lower abdomen

Since July 2025, I have experienced progressively worsening weakness, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. By October, I became unable to attend online classes properly. A senior physician evaluated me and found everything normal except low Vitamin D (16). After supplementation, it increased to 96, but I still feel extremely weak and unwell. I struggle to study for even one hour and sometimes feel an internal force stopping me from writing or completing tasks, despite being able to move normally. I can still watch movies and play games that don't cause that weakness. I previously went through a traumatic/depressed period; my sleep and mood have improved recently.

Hi dr, From 1 month, i am facing 3 strange symtoms 1. Heaviness like tighness on head with stiff on face. NO HEADACE at all. It comes stays for 5 6 hr ..then go and then again comes back. I dnt know if neck pain...brain issue or something else because there is no specific time. 2. During this heaviness...i feel foggy...like i may miss or disbalance . But i am able to do mine work so far. Going office, driving 7 8 km daily. 3. Random pin pain here and there on skull which comes and goes. This foggy and heaviness are affecting mood!! Pin pain are ok.to handle What could he actually this Dieases. Note: neck feel cracking sound when move neck but no neck pain at all .

Sir, I often forget what I am about to say during conversations and sometimes cannot recall simple words, such as “speaker,” and may say the wrong word instead, like “music box.” I often struggle to find the right words and say things like .While reading, I frequently forget the beginning of a short sentence before reaching the end. When watching videos, I often lose track of what was said and have to rewind repeatedly. I also frequently forget where I placed things within a few minutes. These difficulties occur regularly and affect my daily life and studies. My report Hb 14.4, HbA1c 5.3%, cholesterol/LDL/TG 130/71/90, LFT, B12 396, TSH 2.35, MRI Brain — normal. 🟡 Vitamin D3 23.8 — mildly low. I don't have any kind of depression

Following are my symptoms 1.fear 2. Gabhrahat 3.shortness of breath 4 heart palpitations. 5. Body pain which rotates from one part to another without major cause,all blood tests are normal visited many orthopaedic doctors , physiotherapist, but there is no major problem,all doctors says its not a major problem. 6 feeling weakness all the time. 7 cold sweat. 8. Overthinking 9. Sometimes vagus nerves gets overstimulate due to may be food or something else. What may be the cause, is it related to psychological or something else.whom should I visit.

From Last 1 and half month , I am facing very strange Brain issue.  I am facing sudden heaviness( not headache), Like Foggy, Random Pin pain, Spasm pain on anywhere on head. Sometime , It stay for 4-5 hr , then sometime vanish. I have noticed that when I am busy or Tensed for something else the ONLY pin pain sensation stays. I am always taking about this day and night since 1 and half month Checked our GP BHMS near mine house….he did basic neurological test and said ..Coulld be never or anxities. I am taking b12 tablet since 1 month Neck has mild pain but not very strong. Did eye test and it came normal But when this heaviness comes then Right eye feels stiff. I took video consolation with Neuro dr and he told me it could be mine anxieties. Advised to get CT or MRI but Does all these symtoms really life threating? Because I know if there is brain cancer then No cure ..>So better I will take mine own life. I am really confused.  Please suggest Once.

I have been advised to take Maxoza-L for one month by a fertility doctor as me and wife are planning for pregnancy. But since i have epilepsy since last 13 years and i have been taking levipill 500 twice a day , can I take this medicine as it contains l carnitine and high folic acid

I am finding difficult to memorize the things, yesterday only I have revised the day 4 line sentance with proper understanding then also at evening i forgot things.

I have constant headache from past 2 3 days i take medicine it help in 1 or 2 hour then again headache and also neck pain and stiffness
