Is it a neurological disorder

Recently I have been getting this random spikes of fear about death and how we have come to this world alone and will also leave everything behind without knowing what lies ahead. It scares me to bones and sometimes I have dreams where I repeatedly keep on waking up on dreams which makes me feel I have died in the midst of sleep. After waking up, it takes a lot of time to distinguish between reality and Dream. I get palpitations hereafter accompanied by shortness of breath. I often feel like something is wrong with me and my time is ebbying away from me. Life hasn't granted much time for me, that's what I feel. I don't get  peaceful sleep and I'm always tired and find It hard to Concentrate on my works, studies. There are days I don't brush my teeth for days or shower or push myself to do good just because I don't have the energy to do so. Lately, I have been suffering from mild loss of balance as well and I can't really conclude if it has anything to do with any neurological disorder

Brain stroke with hiccups and low spo2

My father in law is diagnosed with brain stroke due to high sugar and the brain stem has affected. This has caused his inability to stand due to balance issues and very little speech disability. His sugar, BP is all controlled and the latest CT scan hasn't reported any further damage and is recovery. But since recently he now needs oxygen support as his saturation goes low. As low as 78 at times. When he got stroke he also got this continuous hiccups which are not cured yet and comes and goes in batches. At times the UREA goes up and at times the Ceratin goes high. Need to consult for these things 1. Hiccups - why are they and are they because of the stroke and it's medication? And why isn't it stopping 2. The Oxygen saturation going low is new. What is the reason? Is the brain stroke medication making the lungs relaxed which is causing this? 3. What are the next set of diagnosis need to be taken with respect to chest and lungs for hiccups and oxygen low?
