Brain and Spine Problems

I have tingling in feet my Vitamin b 12 is 327 and vitamin d is 27.9 all blood test diabetes thyroid lipid are normal blood test also normal then why this happen

My mother s having severe giddiness and bodypain for past one month. We have took CT Brain, MRI Brain, full body checkup and Doppler test but the result is normal. We have also consulted ENT and took VEMP, ECHOCHG test which is also normal. Can anyone pls tell me the root cause of the giddiness or pls suggest which domain Doctors we need to consult.

Fora a few months now, I am feeling mild headache and slight eye pain only on right side. Sometimes the pain is severe and start feeling pain at back of my head as well as neck. Everything is just for one right side. This continues for a day or two. I had a last MRI done a 1.5 back, and there was no issues. Everything was normal. I take naxdom 500 and the pain at back of head goes, however pain at right side head, eye and neck continues. It is not severe, just stays for everyday. If I get engaged in work or just stop ignoring the pain, it isn't feeled, but I cannot ignore it for long time. The pain just feels and affects my focus in every work. I have spectacle and my work is mostly on sitting in front of computers atleast for 10hours. Pls. Help on how to reduce that daily mild pain. Is that specs issue or just my mind recreating pain. I hv problem related to less sleep,feeling strong vibration in head when lift stopped on any floor or when metro taking movement in speed from left to right or in flight when taking movement in air.sometime feeling unconscious to some closed area/diziness/breathlessness.Always come negative thought in mind when going somewhere from bus or anything. So currently m taking nexito 10 mg and amitriptyline in nyt after food.Is it good for above symptom.Please suggest me.

I had wrist vertigo BPPV six month back. Then I was diagnosed for hypothyroidism b12 deficiency and vitamin d deficiency and I am taking tablet for all. Now my TSH under controlled, vitamin b12 is high and vitamin D normal. Still I m feel dizziness and unsteady and very tired all day. What is the issue with me????

On Jan 11 ,ulnar nerve entrapment sugery was performed on me,but after surfery no improvements seen  till now ,more than 2 months period passed

My father got brain haemorrhage in 2016, he got cranialtomy. After that he got brain bleeding 3 times and these happemed after resuming of ecospiring 37.5 dose o.d. dose. My father bp is always 110/75 due to low lvef 38 but i noticed it 160/90 around the near moments of bleeding... Me and my doc still not at any conclusion that what is the reason of recurrent bleeding

I did weighted squats and post that i amnin pain from  right lower hip to  right leg. Kindly suggest treatment

Hb1ac normal vitb12 label normal vitd3 label are normal but I suffering burning sensation in foot in night last 8 year all vitamins supplement take long term but no relief now before 2year a neurologist prescribed me tab pregabalin75mg or tab amitriptyline 25mg or tab primapax 0.5mg all 1tab hs. Daily  when I stop this medicines the problem as it is. now my question is that kya ye medicine mujhe all life leni padegi kya karna chahiye.
