Nerve twitching
I feel twitching of my nerves on both sides of the forehead. Also, around the eyes and the nose sometimes. So, when I searched about it, I got confused between hemifacial spasms and trigeminal neuralgia. But I think that it is trigeminal neuralgia (not sure, based on Google stats). Should I take an appointment for it because sometimes it pains a lot and sometimes it is never there. I took a homeopathy medicine and some allopathic medicines like neurobion forte 8-9 months back and the twitching was stopped. But now a while back, it started again. Should I take the same medicines as before or should I go for some proper test for the same. I never experienced something like this. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Doesn't look like trigeminal neuralgia. Is the  twitching visible. Try tab neurokem NT 50 after dinner for 10 days.
