Tow twitching since 5 months

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I twisted my foot on staircase and since then my nerve keeps twitching, except when im sleeping. consulted neurologist he said its stress & advised exercise but it didnt help. did physio for 1 month didnt help. what to do now which dr to see?
