Brain and Spine Problems

I have been experiencing throbbing headache mostly in the early 4-5 am or as soon as I get up from sleep. Some times I do experience the headache later in the day as well. It is localised pain mostly at the back of my head or one side of the head. It typically happens 5-6 times a month and has been happening since a year now. I don't experience headache when the fan is off at night. I generally have atleast 7 hours of sleep in the night.

I have to get MRi brain done... I am scared to get it done... my symptoms are dizziness, nausea esp when bending down.. and dull head n neck ache... I want to go for open MRI... I enquired from lab.. they do 0.3 Tesla open MRI Now I want to know if this range open MRi can rule out any major issues like tumours, MS, stroke or other injuries??

This is regarding my nephew. He is 13 yrs old and doing his schooling. Today all of a sudden he is complaining abt severe giddiness and also vomited. He sits in computer for a long time having online classed and assignments. We r really worried. What shud v do now?? He has his exams in another two days. Kindly help doctor. He never complained this kind of a sudden giddiness before. Pls help doctor

I got my B12 levels tested because i had tingling sensations in hand,dizziness and muscle weakness.the result was 286.does it mean iam b12 deficient?

My spine mri has below findings.  Is this some thing serious? IMPRESSION: Mild degenerative cervical spondolytic changes.   Mild diffuse annular disc bulge  with mild paracentral protrusion at  c4-c5 level causing mild  thecal,  left lateral recess and mild biforaminal nerve root compression. Mild diffuse asymmetrical posterior disc bulge at C5—C6 causing moderate   and mild biforaminal nerve root compression.

I am facing some neuro problem from last month. I had done test NCV test of lower limbs and whole spine MRI and brain MRI but all things are normal. But i am not getting cured. Pl help me out.

I want to detox my brain . Which doctor can help doing that.. please help.. it's all fog in my brain which is not letting me focus.

So for the past five months I've been having these weird sensations in body. I was stressing a lot in October and I don't know if it was that but it triggered what we can call pins and needles sensations. I was really scared and consulted a general practitioner about it who suggested me to get my vitamin b 12, vitamin d, calcium and thyroid checked. My calcium and thyroid were normal. Vitamin b 12 was also normal with a value of 269 and vitamin d was insufficient with the value of 22. Meanwhile, I also had a hair loss problem and got to know that my ferritin is 5, while my haemoglobin has always been normal. I've been to a lot many doctors and they all tell that it is either my stress or nutritional deficiency but I get really scared everytime I get that sensation. It lasts for 2-3 second and is kind of like muscle tic and twitch. I recently had typhoid and got my CBC done and saw that my TLC was 11,200. What do I do?

Sir I am from Assam ,my problem is when ever I sleep bin the left hand side my left gets numb and when I turn my side to the right my right hand also gets numb. And the numbness stays for a little bit lime and I feel that my finger are heavy and stiff. Please help.me what should I do
