I have been facing tingling sensation in my right limb,severe back ache since 2019 year(Nov2019)..Also while changing sides  while sleeping i feel im getting current shocks in my limb..Im taking medications-Duzela 20mg,Nurokind LC,Baga-Nt still no relief...Kindly tell me whether surgery would be helpful for me or not

I was  on a course of migrabeta tr 40 one tablet in morning, topinor 25 one in morning and two at night and one Amitryn 10 tablet at 7.30 pm. But now the doc is unavailable as he himself is ill with corona. So I don't understand whether I should continue with the dosage or stop it or lower the dose or do what. Pls guide. And if continue for long how. Is it safe to continue for long
