Brain and Spine Problems

Headache since 2 months,which doctor I should consult, no proper sleep, I will be going on thinking all the time.

I have been facing this issue since 6-7 months, my left leg & hands gets numb often. Where i wakeup from sleep it is numb and if i seat down with folded legs i cannot wakeup easily. My foot gets hurts and i fave difficulty in walking. This days i am observing my whole left sode gets numb including left side of brain. Please suggest some solution as i am fadeup of roaming here and there to find solution with docs.

Left side neck pain and unable to move neck freely. When consulted physiotherapy doctor said one disc is moving to another disc causing pain and it's in starting stage. Said that need physiotherapy for 15 days.

Sometimes I feel some movement in my head .feels like something which starts from right side corner of my head n run towards my right ear.feels like beating in that place if I touch .sometimes in the top of my head. It is more in the night.do I need to consult a doctor? This is happening almost from a month

I was sleeping on a wooden sofa and while getting up hit left side of my head by the handle of the wooden sofa. I have headache since then but no nausea vomiting dizziness or any other issues. Headache is in the area where I got hurt and also keeps happening here and there around the head. Sometimes disappears too. It's mostly very mild. It's been almost 5 weeks since I got this hurt. Anything to worry?

Will white blood cell count be alleviated if a person has brain tumour? I have persistent mild headache along with acidity since last 4 months.
