Brain and Spine Problems

At 79yrs, she suffered RIGHT FRONTAL INTRACEREBRAL HAEMATOMA on 2/2/2021. She was discharged from the Hospital on 08/02/2021. She was on the following medications in hospital:Ceftriaxone,Mannitol,Levipil,Pan,Zofer,Paracetamol, Stamlo,LEVIPIL,Shellcal and Duphalac. She has a Ryle's tube and Foley's Catheter.. She was discharged with the following medication:Stamlo, Levipil 2 times. Pan,Duphalac,Orofer, Shellcal & Multivitamin. She can talk in slurred speech and very very low vol for 4-5 times/day. She can't keep her eyes open for more than 3-4 secs at a time,only 9-10 times/day upon great trying. She mostly answers by nodding her head and cannot sit upright for very long. She has some movement in her left leg and very little in left arm, right side is fine. How much time will it take for the clot to dissolve & time to atleast eat with her mouth? What is the reason for tiredness, and why doctor has not given clot busting medicine? What should we do? Please help!

Suffering right hand Back portion at the joint, since last 1 and half month. Taken lots of medicenes and pain Killer under the guidance of Orthopedics and general physician. Almost going to Complete 2 months still feeling pain.

I have pain at back side of the left shoulder which comes down to the outer part of the left elbow then to the wrist. It starts while Gym session. Decline bench press is the worst for me. I feel my left arm much weaker than the right.

What are the precautions for Sciatica. I'm facing difficulty in walking.the problem is b/w L5 and S1.I am undergoing treatment for several months and on bed rest for 4 months . how much time it can take to be fully cured and can it affect the muscles too?

My son who is 9 years old now, had a mild traumatic brain injury and as per the advice of doctors we did MRI after 6 days from the date of birth and got to know he had small hematomas and doctor told us that it will resolve on its own. he is very normal kid as others, good at academics, very good at music. My question is today afternoon he said he felt a crepitus kind of sound on left top slightly back of his head, this is the third or fourth time it's happening since a year. There is no much pain, it sounds like finger knuckle cracking sound it seems. Am little worried since he has brain related history. Can anybody show light on this. Thanks in advance.

Dear sir                                                                 After wake up feeling sleepy, tiredness, low energy and little hedache. i have sleep 8 hours. After 8 hours sleep i am not feeling resting. I am not over weight. I  take  good food. After doing small work feeling tired.  This problem from 10 years onwords. Last time I visited hospital they done tests Blood test,CBP, HG,  thyroid test, sugar test everything is normal. They given some multivitamin tables , B12,Calcium tables. I used 2 months but nothing effect on me. I consulted so many doctors they given prescriptions but till now not solved Due to this problem my professional life effected and unable to concentrate kindly give solution

I have ringing in ears from last two years and it aggravate whenever I m stressed and I sometimes feel vertigo also

I am having weakness in both arms especially right one since yesterday night! I also feel fatigue n tired! My vision also is blurry... morning I went to eye doctor- complete eye exam done n he said nothin except mild increase in right eye number! I am very scared of having stroke though I am 21 and no family history of stroke I am not sure if I really have a weakness or it's just anxiety because I am able to use right arm easily n lift things up.... I have done that FAST test of stroke nearly 15 times since afternoon.... I was admitted to ER in July for right arm weakness n dizzy spells... CT done that time was fine... I had b12 deficiency but numbers were normal in November I will see neuro tomorrow but want some assurance

Hello doctor. I am a banker. I have some discomfort in my head. I feel kind of giddiness and it is not like i have it all the time.Suddenly i feel some discomfort in my head. Actually i was using bluetooth headset while driving and suddnly one day i got pain in my ear, so from then i have stopped using that. My office is 20km away from my home, and due to corona am going in my 2wheeler. I have checkedup with doctor here, he thought it is vertigo and gave verticare tablets. After using for 5days, i didnt get any relief.. My bp and thyroid is also normal. Kindly suggest me what might be the cause..

I AM A STUDENT AND I CANT STUDY AT DAY BECAUSE OF FAMILY PROBLEMS , AND AT NIGHT I CANT STUDY FOR LONG BECAUSE OF SLEEPINESS , SO I THOUGHT OF TAKING ANTI SLEEPING PILLS SUCH AS MODAFINIL ! TO INCREASE STUDY TIME ... ARE THESE PILLS HARMFUL OR ARE NOT RECOMMENDED ...?
