Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I getting once in a while slight dizziness and body tiredness but no nausea or vomiting. I have been experiencing this almost 10 days & couple of times in single day.. most of times observed when sitting position, driving 2 wheeler.. eating something frequent and keeping body hydration I am feeling better. Did all blood test sugar, bp, hameoglobin, thyroid, cardio echo & ecg. All seems to be normal. Just want to check if anything related to neuro should I be considered for test? Can you please suggest..

My mother has a very restless sleep. She keeps rotating in her bed the whole night. She had fallen down several years back leading to injury on her head because of which she gradually lost ability to speak, reasoning and also motor functions like walking or standing up. Her left hand is always closed tight. She also has sudden mood swings and keeps crying. Need a solution to ensure she gets a peaceful rest

Hi Doctors, My grandfather is suffering with right leg 4th finger pain. The pain is from below wrist to toe , during knight times it is very bad can't sleep. Once in a while in a day, he felt the nerve or straight to the finger pulla up suddenly. If he takes pain killer then he has some relief for few hours then it will starts. Also, when he walks got relief from pain. Please help in this, why is this happening. Thanks

My mom of 49 yrs is a ckd patient and last tear she met with ischemic brain stroke in january and later she recovered. Since three days she is having involuntary passage if urine and altered behaviour.her electrolytes and urine analyisis is normal.i am hereby attaching the mri report of brain.is it a serious condition.please let me know

My daughter is 5 years and 11 months old and a healthy child. Her growth has been slow. She started talking late and still her communication is not like her peers. She can talk and does communicate and responds to instructions but it's not as clear as it should be for a 6 year.  Since her language is not clear and she is not able to effectively communicate with other kids, she is ignored by them.  We have done speach therapy but did not find it very helpful. We have checked her for Autism as well and we were told that it's not a major autism issue but slow brain development. Is this something that can because of any deficiency and can be solved by medication?

1) Walked 3km on Thursday 2) Had Fosirol with water on Thursday night 3) Backache from Friday morning probably due to muscle spasm 4) No pain while sitting. But excruciating pain while straightening back during walk. 5) Currently undergoing medication for UTI. Medicine taken - Martifur MR100. 6) Application of heat pad didn't improve condition 7) Pain is in the middle of the back
