Want to stop prophylaxis for migrain
I have been taking Betacap TR 40 mg ( twice daily ) and Amitriptyline 10 mg ( half tablet at night ) and naxdom 240 mg( when I have pain) for my migrain since 3 months. Now I want to plan baby. How should I discontinue the treatment by reducing dose ?

If you can wait for 2 months before planning baby then Decrease betacap to 20 mg for 10 days then take 10 mg for 10 days . After that stop betacap. Stop amitriptyline after 10 days of stopping betacap.
