Hi, I was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis grade 1 and bilateral s5 nerve root compression. I have sciatica in right leg and the left leg Paranesthesia below buttocks. Slight urine incontinence as well. Doc recommended exercises to strengthen core and back. Put pain is there. What do I do now?

1.Loss of cervical lordosis 2. Disc desiccation with marginal anterior and posterior osteophytes seen at all levels. 3. Thick posterior osteophytes at C5-C6 and C6-C7 intervertebral disc levels 4. Cervical spondylosis

My neurologist adviced to do Brain mri scan - because i have headaches. Where can i get done free or cheap mri in pune city, because my financial condition is bad.

I have neck and backside of shoulder stiffness and mild swelling their and piercing pain from their to right side of my head above few cms above my head is it related to my brain do I need to whenever I try to wake up I get the pain can turn my head freely also I have calf pain like my nerves are paining

I am having memory concentration issue almost long time in my life. I am cerbel palay in my child hood. It is affected my left leg and hand. I am putting lot of effort to learn new things but I can't remember anything. Also, two years before I consult dr, he suggested to take one test ENMG RNS. after I consult my family doctor he suggested not required for this test. Please advise, how to improve my memory and concentration. Even, I loading my memory day by day...

I suffer from migraine almost thrice a month but sometimes it goes away without taking a medicine. I try everything like warm and cold press oil , being in the dark but when everything goes in vain I end up taking painkillers like combiflam or naxdam or grenils or rizact . But this fears me that it will impact my liver a lot so when I avoid taking these and pain increases it leads to vomiting making it worse and wasting the entire day. So should i break the tablets into half and have one? Also how many these medicines won't affect my liver and kidney if i take minimum 2 a month? A reply would definitely make me a little less fearless and live life more.

My son is 3 years and 7 months old, while eating murukku he got fainted, his lips turned white and closed his eyes and was unconscious for 1 min and he did the same when eating khaju and after two months while eating chapathi. What might be the reason. His EEG and blood tests were normal. What might be the reason?

Hi, I am suffering from cervical spondylosis as my Cervical MRI says. However, from last 10 days I have started feeling needle like pain in my left armpit but this is not continuous. Some days I have pain in upper arm and then other days I have pain in lower arm. It's very uneasy for me with these changing position of pain. And now I have pain in left upper back pain too. What should I do now?
