Of late lots of mood swings noticed and sleep pattern disturbance, child finding difficult to fall asleep. Defiance noticed, Language issues present. Need help to regulate moods, and sleep better

Hi, 1 hour back the computer fell on my head pretty hard. I was sleeping and my sister was working on her computer (desktop), it fell on my head pretty hard. The side of my head hurts and my neck too. I don't have memory issues. Is it concussion or something serious like internal bleeding? So I need to worry?
