My vitamin d level is 18.0 can I consume uprise D3 3 times a week and for b12 and folic acid can I consume neurotrat lm does it have any side effects or Matilda forte which one is better? Actually sometimes I feel very weak and trembling of body appears.does vit d and b12 tablet will help me recover from it although I'm taking homeopathic medicine as well.

Recently I have been getting this random spikes of fear about death and how we have come to this world alone and will also leave everything behind without knowing what lies ahead. It scares me to bones and sometimes I have dreams where I repeatedly keep on waking up on dreams which makes me feel I have died in the midst of sleep. After waking up, it takes a lot of time to distinguish between reality and Dream. I get palpitations hereafter accompanied by shortness of breath. I often feel like something is wrong with me and my time is ebbying away from me. Life hasn't granted much time for me, that's what I feel. I don't get  peaceful sleep and I'm always tired and find It hard to Concentrate on my works, studies. There are days I don't brush my teeth for days or shower or push myself to do good just because I don't have the energy to do so.
