Depression, Anxiety and sleep disorders
Hello, It's been a year that I am unable to sleep properly. I do not get sleepy till the time is 6am to 10am. I sleep at the said time and get up by 1pm max, due to pandemic I had faced huge business loss and all that things are mixing in my mind if I am not busy, this is the reason I keep my self engaged in things to divert my mind.I have got thoughts of committing suicide few times but I overcame.My major concern is sleep and I have tried various Ayurvedic meds, massage and even consulted a friend who is a doctor and he prescribed tryptomer 10mg which was useless.Nothing worked and the med was horrible it only upset my stomach, consumed 2 tabs in the night no results than one day I tried 5 and nothing, finally it threw it off.I am feeling uncomfortable now it's been a year I haven' slept properly and due to this the depression level has gone high. My body has gone slow and I feel like I am 60 years of age.Lastly I am an importer of dietary supplements so I am good with my workouts.
