In depression (primary) or secondary cause( inflammation, medicine drug withdrawal, migraines, headaches), low nutrition etc, is there any death of brain cells? As one online resource was saying that inflammation causes depression and leads to loss of brain cells. Is there any loss of brain cells in stress, anxiety, depression? Yes or no? Reversible or irreversible? Rtms and psych meds cause any harm? Loss of sleep due to neurotransmitters imbalances for any reasons, causes loss of brain cells(any)?
Please guide correctly. In physiological stress and mental stress, breathing becomes shallow and rapid. Does this cause any neuronal loss or damage due to less oxygen or brain maintains oxygen? Please let me know. Stopping of psych meds causes serotonin to drop and causes headaches. Does this reduce blood supply to the brain causing any memory issues or no?

Hypoxia is causing braiin cell damage first but its reversible also .body try to regenerate new cells when oxidative stress is over.Relax , first of all.you have so many queries .I would just say that keep away from any kind of stress ,any trigger. Antidepressants drugs has minor effects on memory ,actually they increase the sensitivity of neurotransmitter to work properly .so dont stop by own .they only decrease excess serotonin ,not affects brain memory .thatswhy in starting I say that dont take stress too much ,its affects more.so try to keep happy yourself.
