Depression - Can I get out w/o medicine?
Hi, Am feeling extremely tired from leaving bed in morning to going to bed at night. So much tired that while walking, feeling like I will fall down and feeling lil bit tingling in head sometimes and head feeling like gas chamber. I have consulted almost 2 neurologists and one psychiatrist..Doctors gave me one anti depressant nexito 5 mg and sleep medicine clonotril 0.25 .Bt Am not taking any medicine. Earlier I was not getting smooth sleep bt the fear of taking sleeping pills have frightened me ...so somehow I relaxed my mind and now am pretty much getting smooth sleep 7-8 hr daily bt this weakness is not going anywhere.. Am thinking of going on vacation next month coz in past I have realized changing place for few days did wonders and I didn't get d feeling of tiredness in new places ( almost 90% ok) ..Is there any chance that without medicine I can get out of it ?? Coz I don't want 2 take medicine.. am terrified coz I may get addicted with those anti depressant and sleeping pills..
