Since yesterday my left forearm has started twitching . This happens more if my arm is Bent. The part of the arm that's around the joints twitches. I got blood tests done, my b vitamins are in range so are my sodium, chloride and magnesium. What could be the possible cause of this reaction. Which specialist should I consult with?

Met with an accident. Performed MRI with output as spine fracture. Advised with bedrest. Having severe shock pain while moving in hip area both side. Spine is not causing pain.Need second opinion if required any further test or some other problems is there.
