Headache on right side of head
Hi sir,
I have headache from past 10 days .
Very hard to get sleep .
Most of the time it on right hand side of head and mostly on nerve passing from right eye .
Earlier I had headache but not of this scale , this is first time I'm facing such severe headache crossing 10days.
Please help.

Need to take rest and sleep adequately.
Avoid electronic devices and mobile phone.
Use relaxation therapy and regular exercises with brisk walks.
Sos painkillers.
If no improvement consult.
