Hand pain from neck and shoulder pain is severe .im not able to write at least one page . Any precautions to this pain

Right hand palm nerve swallowed and upper arm pain.using tablets paracetamol and serratiopeptidase tablets and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tablets we are using.please give me suggestions on tablets use.

I have a pain in occipital region since last six month sometimes its radiate to temporal region. While i feel temporal pain i doesn't feel any pain in occipital lobe. Its radiating from temporal to occipital. It was going to my lower jaw molar teeth. After removing of lower jaw molar pain stopped radiating to temporal region. In MRI my SCM muscle found subcentimeter lymphnode in level 2,3,4 . I feel pain in occipital lobe while i wake up and feel my scm muscle is tight. What to do?? Any suggestions.. Can cervical lymph node be the cause of occipital lobe pain

From past few years I have been facing a problem, initially my head gets heavy, my eyes become red mostly left side then I start to feel that my nose will bleed, most of the times it leads to nose bleeding. This is happening frequently from past few weeks. Like once in a week. My mensuration cycle is also delayed. I want know what causes it and what should I do.
