Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I am 35 year old female with a baby of 11 months. While I have good academic and professional record, since many years I have been experiencing bad memory issues. It's very subtle but I seem to have very low grasp on things I want to remember. My logical reasoning etc is very strong but when it comes to memorizing things I seem to forget these very very quickly and almost go blank. Please suggest some mild medicines/OTC supplements etc to help me cope better as it's affecting my IQ level in some manner now.

Does nerve decompression surgery reduce pain in Restless legs syndrome (primary). Should I go for it. Thank you.

I have headache from past week above eye and ear midpoint nerve pain both right and left side if I touch feels like nerve pain and I get irritated by our noises like horns and all Bp n sugar are normal

When I bend forward or look up I feel dizzy. It feels like pressure on my head. My blood pressure is normal. I wear spectacles

My blood pressure ranges from 138/96 & in summers it comes down to 130/90, but i have no any symptoms. We have family history of brain stroke and heart attack . So should i start a medicine at this age or not now. My lipid & cholesterol is normal , my heart echo is normal too. Kindly suggest.

My mother aged 65 has history of brain stroke about 15 years back. She recovered but now same symptoms are reoccurring. She is forgetting things. Please see the MRI report and best line of treatment.

Hi Doctor, My mom has diabetes and she is taking medicines for it. She also has some nerves problem for which she has been taking medicines for the past 30 years. The medicines she takes in for the nerves problem are listed below. 1. Zeptol CR 400 2. Zeptol CR 300 3. Levipil 500 I would like to know if it is advisable for her to take the covid vaccine now as she is under this medication for nerves problem already. Will it have any adverse effects if she takes the covid vaccine? Kindly advise.

I'm having headache everyday...if i eat something sour i have headache...if i went in sun i got headache...if i didn't eat anything i got headache...i  want to know what is this and why this happening

I was vaccinated against rabies when I was bitten by a cat 3 months ago. Today my friend's shoe was bitten by a dog. He touched that shoe. An hour later, if I buy food with his own hands and eat it, the bitten dog will have rabies, but will I get rabies? I was vaccinated 3 months ago "I was in tension for 4 days for about this matter. So will my tension affect my vaccine immunization system? Please replay🙏🙏
