Brain and Spine Problems

So as i m in flying profession , i go through neck pain sometimes , which i use to think might be because of standing in duty period or rolling down food cart in flight . The muscle pain use to be fine after hot oil massage or volini after sleep I use to feel better But recently one night I couldn't sleep the pain was intense and different from last pain, nothing could give me relief . WHAT SHOULD I DO ? TO PREVENT

Due to family desputes and stress... I cried and shout alot.. Due to this there is a swelling in my left side of head and forhead... It feels like it will burst out.

Hi I have been inhaling stove gas flames daily thrice for 45 days not directly but I kept bowl which was small flames were coming from sides added water karvol plus and was inhaling the vapors the gas flames were on and high and I was inhaling with the help of towel over head close to bowl very deeply I used to feel headache but still I was doing as I didn't think it would cause any harm .now iam worried if I have been inhaling harmful gases like carbon monoxide etc because since then iam not keeping well always nausea fatigue mild headaches body aches upper back pain chest pain.in net I saw that those gases will damage the brain and will lead to death also .I have been doing for almost 45 days continuously thrice daily it been 4 months I have stopped but still I have itchy throat mild headaches fatigue nausea upper back and chest pain and shortness of breath .what can I do to check myself .I have done cbp,crp,lft,lipid,nt pro bnp,thyroid all are normal .

Hello doctor, i dont feel sleepy at all in night but instead throughout day time, is there any effective way to reset my internal clock ?

My mother is having a pain on one side of body from head to toe including ear also(severe backpain). She has undergone paranal sinus surgery before 2 yrs

M not getting sleep at night ,had hypothyroid n high cholesterol taking both medications but still not able to sleep whenever  I sleep on left side  position my heart beats runs fast n feel pain in hands neck n left side chest.it feels like blood circulation is being restricted in left side area. My ecg is normal.

Head Right side, pain in right side of the head, eyes, neck. If migraine starts it last for minimum 30 minutes to 2 hours. Daily one or two times. In deep sleep also migraine coming.

Of late lots of mood swings noticed and sleep pattern disturbance, child finding difficult to fall asleep. Defiance noticed, Language issues present. Need help to regulate moods, and sleep better

Hi I recently travelled by car 4 hrs journey... I feel pain around striches and saitaic pain on both sides of buttecks..(ofcourse I had saitaic pain before c-section )I used homeo medicines so it reduced but after delivery again saitaic pain started. Now I feel striches area also pain and itching sensation also.. So pls suggest me if any prblm ...
