Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor.. For past some years while laughing loudly or while doing some heavy work (in bending position) my back head becoming too stiff (i feels like someone pressing my back head.. only back of head not in top or both sides).. why is that feels like?

I can't stand still. My legs feel numb. At times I feel like I'll fall down. If I'm in sitting position still sudden jerk in body could be felt. I couldn't explain properly how i feel but an earthquake like situation. Could you please help me out

I am having cervical herniated disc in September 2020 paracentral and foraminal.with 9.6 mm AP due to poor postures At the initial months i was having pain in right side only .but from nov onwards sometimes i feel pain in left side also I m not taking any medicines and living my life with precautions and working in proper posture Now after six months slight pain is there ..heaviness in both arms is there some times i fel pins nd needles in neck area Is this normal ? Should i go for further screeing ? Or should i continue to live like this ? As per my neurosurgeon... It takes very long to settle Please help

Post Covid I have alot of issues in my body. Thankfully, I have enough strength now. My issues are pain im the left side and at times center of the chest.. 2d echo and ecg which was taken 3 months ago was normal. Swollen ankles since 3-4 days now.. when I wake up I feel heaviness in head and numbness too.. if I shud describe it correctly it's like those cramps/numbness we get in legs, I feel that in my head.. I have mild headache.. I feel my vision has become weak.. my eyes feel strained.. sometimes while I read I feel words far off are out of focus or blurred.. never had this issue earlier. My hba1c is 5.7.. no doctor is Able to diagnose my concern.. I am not scared but this is effecting my quality of life..

Recently I have started experiencing this issue... That i've started forgetting things... Like persons name... Or faces of people I am meeting frequently, dates . Is it ok ...?? Or am I having some neural issue. ? Kindly suggest
