Brain and Spine Problems

I am too much stress. I don't know what to do in life. I get headache and feeling of laziness. I need good medicines I was under psychologist treatment for 3 years.

Over the years, my memory power has declined gradually. Memory power I had during my teenage is not same as I have now. Till recently, I felt it is normal. But, since a week I have a worrisome feeling. Lately sometimes I am not able to remember things which I have seen or heard very recently. Sometimes I find it difficult to remember what I had seen or heard recently (certain things, not everything). Also I find difficult to recognise or remember certain people like actors or players when I see. But, earlier I could easily recognise the moment I saw them. In general I feel my memory power has declined and few things I cannot remember easily. Earlier, I could easily remember recent things, lately I find difficulty remembering certain recent things. I'm not under any medication, drugs or alcohol. Sometimes I feel scary that I am experiencing such issues at this age. What should I do and what could it and what precautions can I take?? I am hoping it's not a serious concern. Please advice.

Sir Since last 2 years, I m having pain in my left leg when I use to start walk or stand. I also feel numbness in legs. Since last one week the pain has increased and  last long. I have been facing tingling sensation in my right limb,severe back ache since 2019 year(Nov2019)..Also while changing sides  while sleeping i feel im getting current shocks in my limb..Im taking medications-Duzela 20mg,Nurokind LC,Baga-Nt still no relief...Kindly tell me whether surgery would be helpful for me or not

I was  on a course of migrabeta tr 40 one tablet in morning, topinor 25 one in morning and two at night and one Amitryn 10 tablet at 7.30 pm. But now the doc is unavailable as he himself is ill with corona. So I don't understand whether I should continue with the dosage or stop it or lower the dose or do what. Pls guide. And if continue for long how. Is it safe to continue for long
