Need medical opinion- discharge summary
Hi , I need medical opinion based on the discharge summary attached.
Here my Grandfather is not physically and mentally well. But I need more clarification from the medical report attached.
He a patient of Cardio and Neuro. If anyone can please help me providing opinion that what actual problem my grandfather has based on the reports . I can provide complete medical reports also.

As per these discharge reports, his main problem is that the blood vessels have thickened (atherosclerosis) which has led to heart and brain attack.
