5 years before, i consumed ganja in depression.. so i lost my brain power ... i cant imagine anything due to low brain power... i dont have any symptoms of depression or anything ...only the problem is i dont have brain power... so i should consult a psychiatrist or neurologist??

I am having headaches in the back of head mostly.It is not a constant pain..Sometimes it feels heavy and when I touch the back of my head it feels like burning..But the main prblm is am always anxious..Always thinking like I have some serious health prblm.I consulted a doctor and he suggested me to take Tryptomer 25 and Desval er500 daily..After taking it for last 2 days I was able to sleep well.Before that i was not getting good night sleep as well.But my hands are almost shaking all time..Can you please help and let me know why this is happening..or anything I need to do to get out of this anxiety.
