I am havi dizziness (mostly in mornings). It's like disbalance while walking. Is it vertigo. I am quite healthy no other issues. What should I do. Pls help

Hello doctor, im 34 years. Im not getting proper sleep at nights. This makes my whole day tired. This makes a huge difference of quality of my work. I keep my eyes closed all night even though im not getting proper sleep. I could recall all events of my past which is really unwanted during this time and it continues like a movie...i can hear all sounds around me. Sometimes in the evenings i feel like sleeping but I won't sleep.. if i sleep very rarely i sleep like hell. That time i feel very tired and body pain too after i wakeup.. This continues everyday.. Im currently taking salfasalazine (saaz) 500mg for sero negative arthritis one at night. Dont know how to over come this issue. Being a mother of two kids feels very difficult to give my best output.. Need your guidance experts..What about sleep therapist?

Hi Dr I am attaching my father's brain mri... Last night he had slight deviation in his speech and mouth... Kindly suggest if any major issues... His age 73 years

My Father has been admitted to Hospital due to fits. Doctor suggested for MRI Scanning and found a Big tumour is present in brain and he needs surgery to be done in 3 or 4 days. Kindly suggest whether surgery needs to be done or what are the side effects of surgery. MRI scan film image is attached herewith for the reference

I suffered lower back pain . Few day ago I taken back massage n i also went for a long track but after few day now pain is going on continues but its light .. Mri n ct scan also done Dr c m sharma was my doctor  now he is no more I want to know can it possible that its heal for always .. and enjoy normal life Right now I can do everything  but its always in my mind that I have back pain problem and gap in l4 and l5 n it can become slip disk case .. Or should I accept this n enjoy life with 50% efficiency N is it slip disk ??

I had my first major seizure at age 15. Later it was under control for many years. Around 7 yrs back due to weight increase my dosage is increased. Again i had some major seizure a year back. So doctor added some more medicine variant. Recently i am facing absence seizure some time but no major seizure for more than 10 months. I am bit confused why absence seizure is not controlled even after multiple medicine intake. Can you please assist to guide what can be done to control this as well?

When I ride bike getting body 100℅ imbalance and dizzyness / sleepy. While walk 50℅ imbalance and dizzy. 1 year back Vitamin D deficiency and after take supplement it's increased . But still now feeling always fatigue and sleepy / dizzyness body imbalance .. Please help me 🙏🙏🙏
