Brain and Spine Problems

Hello sir! I had trement of anxiety and depression for 2years, after that I felt that I'm fine and I left taking medicine till now which lasts three or four months. But since one and half week I'm not able to sleep at night and after somedays I also got fast heartbeat especially at bed time can't sleep because of this and also feel that there is some problems in my heart, and also acidity sometimes happening to me, But now I don't have any anxiety symptoms that I had before just not able to sleep at night and heartbeat is fast, So what should dear Dr. Thanks These are the medicine that I used: 1 Etizola beta 2 Cloze 3 Es citalopram 4 Bupiron xl 150mg 5 cap coucid DSR

My father had a recurrent haemmrhage (bleeding in brain). It is most sure due to blood thinner ecospirin. After 3 time bleeding and craniotomy, from last 7 months he has a Aphasia. He have also a dementia. Doctor recommend ginkocer plus. I m cautious and doubtful that it may cause bleed ? I search google where some sites refering about it bleeding side effect. Pls clear my doubt.

Recently for last 20 days, I am not able to sleep at night even for 4 hours. Due to work pressure and work from home for past several months, developed anxiety and stress. Pl.suggest me medicine for better sleep and thoughts and no side effects.

My mother has a history of clinical depression. She also has chronic acute migraine. For more than the past couple of months, sge has been feeling anxious, distracted, weak and stressed and overall a bit lost. She consulted the neurosurgeon on Wednesday, 10.03.2021 who had earlier diagnosed & treated her depression in 2013. Her EEG report is attached here alongwith the medicines that he has prescribed her. She is feeling intoxicated and almost unconscious for around 12 hours after taking these medicines. Kindly explain that what is her medical condition exactly? is this related to Epilepsy? and shall she continue with these medicines? Looking for a second opinion here, please help. Experiencing heart palpitations fast heart beat while standing and unable to stand for long duration difficulty walking imbalance especially during night imapired vision Ocassionally stomach issues like bloating continuous Tinititus for 2 years in right ear. 24hr Holter test done normal Ecocardiogapgy normal ef 60. Thyroid normal CBC normal except MCV 80.3 FL and MCH 26.7 pg vit b12 271 pg/ml. Electrolytes normal.

Hii, when I m seeing down & doing some work, something happened in my head. Like my head is spinning something happened for sometime. After sometime it will be ok. It happens daily almost from last 2month.

Suddenly my mother can't sleep , headache, is there any medicine ? She felt weakness and sometimes vomiting, .

Dear Doctor, I having problems from 2-3 months Numbness,irritation and pain in Left hand palm, left foot sole, left buttock(when I sit on chair in office) My vitmain b12 and d is low Medicine I tried as doctor suggest me Consult to nerogist dr. They said me to Nsv test both hand and both leg. Nsv test is normal "Gabapentin +methcolbin (b12)" then "axinerve p" but not working Currently my b12 and d is normal Taking calgym 60k every week Also consult to spine doctor they said do whole spine MRI I.e. also normal

I got severe Neck pain and it extend to Right shoulder. This is happening while sleeping position. Any cure or medication available
