Brain and Spine Problems

I have taken over 80 painkillers in past months (July, January, February only) for 5 different health issues. I have attached the list of them. Are the painkillers in the list dangerous? Did it already harm the CNS? Please guide. Thank you.

From past few days I am having tingling sensation in my pinki and ring finger of my left hand. If I fold my hand towards my chest and raise my hand horizontally I can feel odd sensations in my pinki finger , ring finger and right part of my left hand palm. When I touch towards the inner part of the elbow I feel same tingling in the fingers and palm. Is this ulnar nerv entrapment issue. The feeling is like that I can feel the variation of blood flow with different positions. While typing I feel my last two fingers are stuffy.
