Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, From last 16 days , my head is shaking and body is vibrating from inside. I am feeling some dizziness. I feel like someone is pushing me from within... I feel like I am in air all the time, I feel like I am in train and my body and mind is feeling like I am on some unstable thing, which is moving my body ... Plz help what is going on with me.. I can't sleep. And also I am in tension from last 3 year all the time bcoz of in-laws.

Feeling burning sensation over occipital side of head yesterday night and it's lasts for 5 minutes and there is No history of head ache, vomitting, weakness,blurring of vision. It is occurring rare only. Before 1 month she got that symptoms and then yesterday she have that sensation. What it would be?

From past few days I am having tingling sensation in my pinki and ring finger of my left hand. If I fold my hand towards my chest and raise my hand horizontally I can feel odd sensations in my pinki finger , ring finger and right part of my left hand palm. When I touch towards the inner part of the elbow I feel same tingling in the fingers and palm. Is this ulnar nerv entrapment issue. The feeling is like that I can feel the variation of blood flow with different positions. While typing I feel my last two fingers are stuffy.
