Nerves shaking all over the body
In my body , all my nerves shaking, its like a termor , i also getting bleeding from nose and anus, i feel pain in my legs too, my nerves is shaking in a continue basis , sometimes i got stomach ache too

Do one CBC, LFT AND INR to rule out any problem in the blood. You need to see a ent specialist and a gastroenterology specialist.
