I am having a wave like painful motion inside the left part of my head, whenever i am bending down, it seems to come from the very part near to the ears, till the forehead and is really very painful, but it gets normal, the very soon I get up, so currently I am facing problem to bend down..

Well if it becomes alright immediately nothing to worry. Sometimes it’s the blood which rushes to ur head. Keep fit and avoid bending below too much.
