Flashing and wave lines in eyes

I have dizziness flashing and wave lines in eyes. I have ringing ear problem also please tell me med for this. Or want to take any test for this.

Wavy lines in front of Eyes can be normal. Dizziness can be investigated : FBS PPBS CBC TSH Creatinine. Dizziness with Headache can be part of Migraine Headache. If Investigations are normal, please consider Neurologist Consultation if Giddiness is Disabling.
