I can't remember what exactly happened in the last year when someone also I'm not sure Wt happened exactly .if I'm trying to remember then I'm getting headache and I'm feeling tired too so can u say me what exactly happening to me.

Will need some investigations like CBC, Thyroid function test. If they are normal then will have to go for mri brain. These things can happen due to stress also.
