Short term memory loss
I had undergone an open heart surgery on 24.03.15 for RSOV repair.Now-a-days I feel sleepy whole day and can't overpower daytime sleep.If I awake late night, after 3AM I feel so energized till 6-7AM.Tried to sleep on time but couldn't make it.Nightmares scare me.Experiencing short term memory loss.

You should consult to any neurologist/psychiatrist for insomnia.
Start with Chest lung exercises Spirometry, General mobility exercises and Breathing exs.
Do cycling walk everyday atleast 20min.
Take consultation from clinical dietician too.
This will be better approach for right treatment.
