I get headaches on both side of the forehead along i could hear ringing noise in my ear.

You need to avoid stress and do proper relaxation exercises.
Avoid more screen time especially at night before bedtime.
Do regular exercises and walks.
Eat more veggies in diet and fresh fruits.
Avoid fatty and oily food.
Do meditation at night.
