I've attached report of ct scan of brain of my uncle. Please suggest me on urgent basis because doctors have surrendered and said there is no hope and my uncle life is no more than 2-3 days. Kindly please suggest

Hello doc, from 3 days I have tensions due to some personal issue. I had done ct within a month. Everything is normal. Neurologist said due to migraine and anxiety headache is coming. Due to such tension from 3 days am experiencing not feeling pain but am feeling some uneasy feeling on right side back top head. Is this due to tension or anything happened??? Is it anything serious.??? Please help

My wife 25 year old had but b12 and vit d deficiency , she sometimes felt headache ..we treated her with suppliments 3 months ago ...from very starting of our marriage i can sense twitching in her whole body when she start to fall in sleep ...she generally wakes up bcz of nightmares & she seems afraid of almost everything specially night and sudden loud sound & I can perceive that she has attention problem too.. I am Dev here, not sure I am good in expressing here. When I sit in indian toilet position for a min then while getting up I cant place my right foot for a min or so . Slowly post the time I place my foot down. While I place my foot and try to step forward I can sense some imbalance like my head is kinda turning ....which lasts for few seconds not sure my explanation is accurate. I have been detected with dilated retro cerebral csf causing effacement of torcula measuring 44x28x21mm. This got detected as I did CT neck and head due to severe headache.
