Brain and Spine Problems

Hello dr few days back I was playing with my dog . I was laying on my bed and she suddenly came out of nowhere and accidentally her tooth struck my head. There was no blood so i went to the dr the next day he prescribed some pain killers and the pain subsided now from somedays I'm feeling the pain again . I'm very scared and hypochondriac. Please help me . Can this damage my brain

Is myopathy treatable? Will i be able to live a normal life? I have developed a ptosis too. Can ptosis be cured?

Hi doctors, From past couple years I am suffering everyday and struggling. I had a minor accident 2 years back and I got hit at left rib cage After few months , I had some bad headaches behind my left head.and later one day I felt wierd in my left throat and left cheek. Since that day I am feeling my right eye is hallow. When i laugh i feel my left cheek smaller and my right bulgier. When i swallow I feel I am swallowing from my left. All of a sudden I started to feel my left leg is shorter , doctor said there's 5 cms diff but I never felt is before. I feel like I am losing muscle on one side or gaining muscle on only one side.since then i started l to have heavy gas problem and I had to bend left to pass gas out. Mut it's mostly my right body that is always stiffer from eye to leg. I did brain MRI , spine mri , blood tests, ENMG but all are ok. I am taking suppliments for vitamin d and b12. I am thinking about it everyday and cant sleep, is there any test list I can do, please help.

On the left side, back of my head have tightness, a weird sensation on top of my head and back of the head without pain and also having a buzzing sound in my ear from the last 2 days.

I have hypothyroid,which is normal in count,i have vitamin d deficiency -count 24,my foot is burning often,i checked sugar level for average3months-it came as 5.00,is it usual to have or should i be alarmed of anything.please suggest
