Brain and Spine Problems

Sometimes I feel temprory confusion n my mind, unwanted thoughts coming continously, fear of traffic, If someone is going on flight, I imagining my self flight going to crash and my heart rate gradually increases. And also I have an rotator cuff problem and doctor suggested me to take the surgery but my mind is not supporting me, I don't know to how to explain my problem? In crowded place I feel I'm going to fall on ground and I'll die and I can't travel n crowded public bus also. Sometimes I felt there is nothing n this world why should I live. Many things happening in my mind past 10 years, and my parents took me to temples and all, and they were not aware these kind of a particular disorder. What they know only is fever, cough and cold. So because of that I struggled like anything. Now I come to know this is a serious mental problem. I hope you understand my problem, my English is not good. I tried my best to explain in short, but I have bunch of problems.

I have continue pain in left side of my head above the ear and top of the head in one spot since 8 days..that spot sometime feel warm and continue pain,when i press it,pain become more and more.i took naproxen 500mg but it is ineffective sometime.

Hello, i am suffering from vestibular dysfunction since few months due to that have major anxiety issue and fear. I was suggested medicines like beta cap tr 20 mg, nextril 50 mg and cognivel for one month. Now he has changed my prescription after a follow up and suggested - Divalid er 250 mg twice and petril plus once. Is it mandatory that i will have to take divalid er 250 as a medicine continuation i have been taking? Please help. I do not want to take divalid er 250..will it affect me??

Hello doctor , recently I was playing with my dog in my house. After playing I sat and as I was about to lay back i wasn't aware that she was sitting at the back and accidentally she hit her with her teeth on my head there was no.blood. So I went to the dr The next day he gave me pain killers for three days and the pain wenr down but now again I'm getting pain. Please help me dr I'm very scared.
