Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Sir/madam, I have been prescribed petril plus once at night and divalid er 250 twice. But i was feeling drowsy after taking divalid er twice, so neuro prescribed me 1/2 tablet of divalid er 250 once at night for 15 days. Then 1/2 tablet twice for 15 days. Then 1 tab and 1/2 tab twice for 15 days. And lastly 1 tab and 1 tab twice. So basically he has gradually increased the dose. Please docter help me to understand is the dosage ok. As my brother said the divalid er cannot be taken 1/2 (cannot be broken) Please suggest, i am confused

Recently I found a lump on back of the head...it is hard and painless..I did an MRI scan of brain ...it was normal...what can the lump be ?

My mother is suffering from feeling of burning sensation at night, anxiety, sleeping difficulties, nausea, pain and sweating at night. She is taking nortipan m tablet from more then one year continuously and it was prescribed by a doctor. It has become habit of taking that tablet, day when she doesn't take tablet it will be tough for her sleep at night because of anxiety and all problems that I mentioned. Please suggest permanent solution.

My brother had a mild covid 19 infection (Omicron) from which he just recovered in 2 days. He is facing long covid symptoms of brain fog, heaviness of head a similar feeling like sleeplessness, concentration problem, confusion of mind etc after 15 days of recovery. What should he do to treat it? Is it common and will last for some days? Or Does he need to go to doctor to take any medication?

I was first having tingleness in palm and legs i was taking pregabid nt and rejunex cd3 Now that tongleness is almost gone but now there is shifting sometimes in thighs smometimes in back sometimes kn shoulder What ahould i do

Before two months my wife suffering from severe lower back and shoulder pain, shivering ,sweating and weaknesses. Then checked CBC TSH sugar Ultrasound vit B 12 find neg but found vit D difficient it's 6.5 but later 1.5 when checked found 106. But within period she suffer depression, abnormal activity in night. We consult Nerurologist after 1 days treatment that cleared. But again lower back pain started and severed right leg pain started when she long seating and when came from toilet. Some time she unconscious for 25 to 20 min. We consult orthopaedic we did brain MRI lumar spine MRI , X rays, sonography, ECG, CBC TSH suar test, Urine culture, CRP RA factor HLA b27 all found normal. Doctor told problem not from Orthopaedic consult Neruro Physio. Again consult neurologist started treatment . LONAZEP, GABA 100 ,CAL AND VIT D3, BETAVERT 16 INDOMETHACINE,cyanocobalamin and folic acid. During this two month she has no periods so consult Gyano doctors suggest meprate and tranexamic acid 50

My son automatically he start thinking something for 30 to 40sec . We call him or shake his body  also he didn't come back . After 30 to 40 sec he bacame normal .from 6month it's happening .

My Grandfather is 90 Year old and he loss is memory either he don't know how to eat, how to urinate and where to urinate and etc. His symptoms same as Alzheimer. Can you suggest any medicine or any treatment?
