Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am having gastric erosions due to which doctor advised me to take Sompraz HP kit(3 tablets twice daily) for 2 weeks and also Sucrafil O suspension (3 tablespoons 3 times daily) for 2 weeks. Also I have fibromyalgia (muscle looseness and burning sensation and pain) in legs for which I take Gabapin NT 100/10 mg at night. My question is- Can I take Gabapin NT 100/10 mg and Sompraz HP kit and Sucrafil O Suspension with big hours of gap in between? I am having severe pain from under eye to to one side headache upper ear. Yesterday was same pain left side and today right side. I am in Singapore but can get the medication here or from India also. I got bell's pulsy 2 years ago. I feel dizziness and week also and pain nonstop

I am having pain on back of my head (top and bottom ear area )neck and back . The pain is constant it comes some day and comes again another day .I fee there can be some irritated nerve causing it as it is going through hands too.What should I do to cure it? Which doctor should i consult?

WIFE HAS BEEN HAVING PAIN IN THE BACK FOR QUITE SOME TIME.. PAIN RADIATES TO HEEL AFTER SHE GETS UP FROM A SPOT AND  STARTS LIMPING.. PER ORTHO DOC, XRAY REVEALED SLIGHT TILT OF SPINAL CORD.. VIT D INSUFFICIENT TOO.. PAIN IN THE BACK HASN'T SUBSIDED.. SHOULD WE CONSULT A NEURO DOC OR WAIT FOR A WEEK.. TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID  ON JAN 24th DETAILS ATTACHED

My mother in law aged 60 was having headache in morning and back side headache pain from quiet a time so we have done mri for cervical please guide me appropriately

Without any cold, in normal light yellow fluid came through nose . I doubt it may relate to brain fluid leaking. Help me out

My right body feels heavy. My right hand and right leg feel big and heavy. My right hand pains when i lift for more than 10 seconds at shoulder joint. I did brain MRI , spine mri, ECG,echo,blood tests,creatinine, abdomen ultrasound,ENMG,ncv tests , Except b12 and D all are fine. Same right side i feel my bowel is obstructed there , Because of that feeling I am feeling one side of body wierd. Please help.
