Brain and Spine Problems

I am experiencing face twitching for a week sometimes it's on my right eye sometimes on my lips. Its been a difficult month for me as I lost someone very close to me 2 years back. I have anxiety these days n I was not able to sleep for 2 days straight. What should I do?

For myofascial Pain Syndrome,which specialist should I consult.is it nuerologist or a psychiatrist or anyother .please advise

I feel mild chest pain when I get stressed, overthinking, frustrated,alone..one thing murmuring in my mind what should I do please help doctor.. already done ECG,echo,xray all results show normal, normal blood pressure.

I am suffering from sleep disturbances and headaches for over three years.Everyday the head is very tight.Could not do any work.i feel hard to focus on one work.The headache is constant,Why is my head always tight?Is it just tight and stiffness because of less sleep?
