Brain and Spine Problems

I was stretching and suddenly I have a pain in my left sciatic nerve ..it's very painful ...I cannot even stretch my legs in sitting position...I feel pain while sitting in a chair.

From past 6-8 months i have tingling sensation on my feets and some times in hand too,from past 1 month i have mild numbness in my left hand,and also at night burning sensation in feets

From last 2 3 weeks i feel needle /pin like sensation every morning in my right leg thumb. It keeps on hurting for about 3 4 minutes straight. Its not all over feet,Just on right thumb. Never felt like this before. I am very scared about it. Help me out!!!

My dad had a brain hemorrhage in August 2020, he's fine now but he sometimes forgets things, is it normal to happen

I am getting too much headace ..in the front and back side of my head. I m getting too much blurred vision . I am getting too much pain in one side of head. If i get little tension I am unable to bear it and sometime feel like falling down. Somtime i fell too weak .i m getting pain in one side of my ear... What is this symptoms of ?? Do i hve any migrain ??

Pain in lower back and upper back, thigh pain,buttock pain, sometimes upper back pain left side or right side

I suffer from dull and pinching pain on Left side, lower to upper occipital lobe  since 25 days,there is no pain in morning and afternoon time.dull pain only start from evening time near to 7o.clock and there is also buzzing sound in my ear every day in evening..plz suggest me a treatment.And what it is?
