Brain and Spine Problems

From last week's my whole body is itching and prickling and in my right hand .. my nerve is swellen is infection signs or normal

From last year , i have been feeling right side body thick and left thin. I did all possible blood tests, ENMG, heart, echo, ECG,spine mri etc. Below are my symptoms. 1.right body feels thick and swollen from cheek to leg. 2.bowel issues from last 8 months like indigestion,lots of gas, right abdomen feels heavy and big and lied upside down, right rib as well feels thick and stiff. I am very worried. Is it causing because of the report I attached? Please help me , my right abdomen feels big, did ultra sound , normal. Right groin, abdomen feels big and affecting bowel and affecting my hands and legs on that side as well. I am taking b12 injections and vitamin d for last 2 months.any powerful tablets can cure me? I am afraid of things in internet like MS,myelitis,dystrophy etc.please help.I have lots of goals but this is stopping me from all sides.

Hi, My father (age 57) is suffering from insomnia since last 20 days. He started taking sleeping pills. They work sometimes and sometimes they don't. He also have blood pressure issues and diabetes since last 25 years. What should i do?

My husband has a bulging disc problem and the pain was going to his legs so his physician prescribed him Gabapentin tablet 300mg( 1 tablet before sleep) for 3 months but after 1 month of taking the medicine he started feeling heavy headed and dizzy. He immediately stopped having the tablet and its been 8 days but there is very little improvement. He cannot work properly and having uncoordinated movements. Problem is more intense after waking up from sleep and after 5-6 hours it gets little bit better but doesn't go away completely. Is it because of the tablet or there can be any other issue?

I am having anxiety and during walk feeling like to fall but never fall no dizziness no spinning. I was suggested to test b12 and it is 298pg/ml and D leve 21 ng/ml. Is it b12 deficiency or vitamin D please suggest. I having bp problem but it is stable cholesterol and sugar levels are normal. Regards Ashish

Can i take fexofenadine (Allegra 180mg) if i have epilepsy? Usually I not supposed to take antihistamine if having epilepsy. I also mentioned this to my doctor , but he said that it is fine to take Allegra 180. Please advise

I have an accident 3 month ago. It was a minor bike accident. Although I wore helmet still my head hit the ground and at that time i experienced little shaking and pain but then moved on. I was fine. But now from few days I am experiencing needle like pain in that particular area. It is not that much but I can feel it anytime in a day. What should I do?
