My right toe near the nail has little numbness nd sometimes cause burning sensation while in contact wid hot water after excercise.Attached my report.is dis normal.?

I have a neck pain from last 4 days. When I turn my head to left side, some pain happened in Joint of neck and head. I used I-MR tablet it gives relief but next day same problem Repeated. There is no pain when I play games, when I take a Hot Bath. Pain come and go. Again come and go. What is the reason? What medication I need? And Tell me any Home remedies for relief☺.
