Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doctors... I am experiencing dizziness... Sleep jerks ( involuntary movements)at initial phase of sleeping( not in deep sleep).. leg pain, roaring sound in ear for the past six months... I took all the tests including ct brain and sinus. B12 deficiency...xray spine... All tests are normal... But it doesn't stop .. what else should I do to sort what exactly the issue is.

Hi doctor i am a smoker and drink daily for last 3 years, i feel unbalanced and spinning while walking and standing and bending, also heaviness in eye and panic, And confused mind state and problem in speaking is this a major issue with brain or inner ear?

Suffering from back headache from past 3 days. It's due to migraine. Right side of the back head till ears is aching like hell. Medicines used is Asprin and naproxen. Today it feels like my head will burst out in pain.

Report of brain mri is normal. Cervical spine shows disc bulges at c4 c5 c6 c7 position. Ncv test is normal.blood test such as cbc vitamin B12, tsh,BRBS, serum creatinine is normal. Still I am felling little imbalance in walking and difficult in sitting. What could be the reason?

Some doctor say mosquito bite is animal bite while others dont. My analogy is that in common language we cant consider mosquito as animal but biologically we csay they are animal. Is my analogy correc??

Hi, I experience heavy headache everyday I wake up. The fixed points are above the eyebrows near the ear and the crown area. I also experience a little bumps at the pain site. I got my eye tested and I am wearing glasses however the eye muscles are hyperactive. Is this because of eye issue or is this something completely unrelated. I am also not able to read or watch tv when I wake up due to severe discomfort. Which specialist should I consider

Severe headache in frontal portion of head, sinus and top of the head. This is chronic problem and persists in all the season. Allergic to cold and dust. Early morning sneezing and runny nose problem which later decreases in the day. Pl advice .

I was having pain near cartoid artery region so took cartoid artery Doppler after five weeks of symptoms i did my test after fiveweeks of onset of symptoms it came back normal but i saw in Google that if there is more gap between symptoms test Doppler can't detect the dissection is this true doctor do i have to go for any further tests plzzzzzzz tell me doctor is that statement true
