Brain and Spine Problems

My son is having seizure attack. He had 3 in last 4 months at a gap of almost one month each. Our doctore not yet started medicine, probably he would start this time. Just wanted to get different opinions around this issue. His MRI,CT scan, EEG,ECG are all normal. Please share advises on how to deal with the situation.

While I am sleeping, automatically my hands and legs  lift up in sleep and I get tingling sensation under my feet and get cramps in hands and legs  numbness due to this my sleep is getting disturb and from elbow my Hands pain. Is it arthritis or nerve problem or this is happening because lack of vitamin deficiency or any particular reason because I have severe constipation and gastric issues. Please let me know

My dad was suffering from nph and got an TP shunt surgury done 20 days back and still faces walking issues. What should be done in this case.

Symptoms: Numbness in right hand and  continuous pain in upper middle right region on tha backside . Xray reports says: Straightening of cervical spine is seen. Early marginal osteophytes are seen at C4, C5 level Soft tissues are normal No cervical rib is present.

Hi doctors, I face Daily One seizure ( without loss of consciousness ) which remain for 1 minute. This is really so much bothering my daily life. I have done my brain MRI scan and found ( 1.Ring shaped cortical/subcortical lesion with eccentric dot and blooming on SWI and calcification on phase images in the left hippocampal with minimal surrounding edema. Findings represent calcified granuloma most likely related to neurocysticercosis. Other diagnostic consideration is tuberculosis. 2. Volume loss and no definite increased signal of left hippocampus as compared to the right with slight dilation of left temporal horn. Both mammillary bodies are unremarkable. Findings are concerning for left mesial temporal sclerosis) I have been taking seizure medicine Clobazam 5/5 mg and Lacosamide 100/150 mg since 2 year but still seizure is persist. When I request to my neurologist change medicine but he hasn't , Now can anyone tell me which is the good medicine and effective dose ?
