Brain and Spine Problems

I feel my left is somewhat wierd compared to right, When i rotate my neck left, it feel like a perfect turn but when i do left, I barely feel muscle when turning. Feel like swallowing only left side. Feel like left rib muscles are thinner than right ribs. Sometimes pain under left rib where I feel that I lost some muscle. My left cheek to feels wierd while smiling , not visually but I can feel it inside. Doctor said , left leg is smaller compared to right. Whenever I get headache, I get behind my left head neck region which goes to left scalp. MRI of braine,spine, ENMG , blood tests excepts d and b12 are normal. I don't know what's happening. I am losing confidence and getting bad thoughts about future.cant sleep.this has been going for an year now.

My mom aged 52 years diagnosed with psp 2 years back. Now,she is bedridden. Unable to swallow good too. Please guide how ca we manage symptoms

Increase blood pressure level which automatically migraine the headache the headache is so painful don't tolerable

I was watching video in my mobile while lying on bed using earphone. It's summer season. Suddenly after sometime strong dizziness is there. It felts like ground is moving upward and scared feeling.From this episode I always feel unsteady legs and unbalanced issues. Is it inner ear problem? How to diagnose it ?

After taking Rozucor 10 mg i am feeling headache continue and eye weekness seeing floaters , before 2 year i have done MRI and EEG that was quite normal

Unable to sleep as my left eyebrow tingles above eyelid when I lay down to sleep since a month. I had heart palpitations about a month ago which shows sinus tachycardia in ECG and that is solved now. I used to do basic exercise but stopped due to these palpitations and nerve issue. Advise required if this is something due to exercises? I am not sure if this is anxiety and i am not obese as my weight is 60 kg and height is 5'6".

Got covid infection in may 2021, 55 percent lung infected,admited in hospital ,given remdisivir, steroids. After discharge since last 9 month getting insomnia trouble. Shown to many psychologist and under many medication. Done MRA BRAIN and found all normal only Incidentally detected ,mild mucosal thickening of bilateral ethmoid and left maxillary sinuses..What it means and it has any significance to my Insomn  trouble

Nerve tingles in the left eyelid near eyebrow when I lay down to sleep since one month. Due to this issue, I am unable to sleep the whole night as I feel something is tapping on my left eye. I had heart palpitations a month before with 100 PRbpm which is solved now. But the nerve tingle on eye still persists.

I'm having a lump on the left side of the head for the past few years, but past 1month I'm having pain and it radiates to ear too
