Brain and Spine Problems

Iam experiencing numbling and tingling in my legs and right arm. Feet becomes cold. And when this happens my mood completely goes off and i feel short breath. I cannot concetrate on anything other laying down. Post which I visited appollo where they did blood test they told vitamin b12 and D 25 are very low. Vitamin D is 5.03 Vitamin B12 is 126 For which they suggested 2 vitamin tablets. But after taking tablets things went worst. Now iam experinxing this daily 3times. Can anyone suggest is this due to nerve issue or viatmin issue. Is there test which ll tell the status of my nerves Instead of asuming it's beoz of low vitamin Please help. Whom should I visit to get proper answer.

I think i am having migraine problem, not daily but weekly 2-3 times, i face pain behind eyes then i take NAPRA D 250 and sleep after 4-5 hours of sleep pain stops. In start pain is slow but gradullay increases. Also i feel more frequency when there is gastric issue.

Hello, I was so happy today, but while cleaning the filter of my vacuum cleaner foam, I inhaled accidently the fine dust on it. I tried to blow it out. I am having a running nose on the evening now. I read about Balamuthia Mandrinallis that it can be in indoor dust. Am I at risk of dying? Is it there in India or UP state?

My father had a brain stroke 1.5 years back in Right PCA Territory. Currently he takes Aspirin 75MG and Atrovastin 20 MG. 2 months back he devoloped organic depression and trouble sleeping. We have got a fresh CT Scan done recently. I will attach those details . Please suggest if he requires any changes in medication for recent infarct in Right MCA Territory. Apart from that, he developed age related cortical atrophy.

Doctor, I'm 15 years old, weight 100 KG. 4-5 months ago, I suddenly started to feel dizzy and it continues almost 5-7 days. Then I started to take (Cinnarizine 20 MG) for 15 days and it stopped. After two days of stopping medicine, it appears again and then doctor prescribed (Betahistine Dihydrochloride 8 MG) for 15 days. After taking this medications, my dizziness stopped. But, since then, whenever I try to fell that I'm feeling dizzy, I think that I really started to fell dizzy and this dizziness stay near about 10-30 minutes and then disappear it's own. I have no other physical problem. Please note that I'm suffering from health anxiety for upto a year. What's going on, doctor? Is it something serious? Please help, Doctor.

Weakness in left hand not arm but hand I was overthinking very much and after that it's happened is it anxiety or something else I can hold and grip materials I can even loft my hand but there is weakness it feels kind of light.
