Brain and Spine Problems

I have a neck pain from last 4 days. When I turn my head to left side, some pain happened in Joint of neck and head. I used I-MR tablet it gives relief but next day same problem Repeated. There is no pain when I play games, when I take a Hot Bath. Pain come and go. Again come and go. What is the reason? What medication I need? And Tell me any Home remedies for relief☺. I did all the blood tests and even Brian and C Spine mri came normal..but I am suffering from muscle twitching all over my body (including tongue and eyes ). I feel weakness in my limbs and sometimes pain and burning sensation too.
