Brain and Spine Problems

I am asking this question for knowledge purpose only. My father had 2 ischemic strokes in last 2 years  in PCA territory and Lacunar Territory. He takes medication like Aspirin 150 MG, Atrovastin 20 MG , Citicoline 500 MG and Piracetam 800 MG according to Doctor's advice. I have question regarding Antiplatelate drug Aspirin only. Can you please clarify that if Aspirin helps to dissolve the blood clot in artery which already happened ?  Or once the blood clots there is no way to dissolve it ? Only Aspirin will help to prevent blood clotting in future ? One more follow up question. Once there is clot , it is natural that adjacent tissue will die due to lack of oxygen and nutrient. Are those tissues salvagable with time ? Or generally tissue will not repair ? Only other part of the brain will take over and form new neural network to recover the functionality got affected by ischemic stroke. Please give a logical answer with medical terms. I have some background to understamd that answer!

Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, i smoke 10-12 cig a day from last 4 years, i drink daily, last 7 month ago i found some deranged levels in my Lipid profile where triglycerides and ldl was very high, then cardiologist suggest TMT and ecg both came normal, but from last 1 year i was feeling balance problem and heavy pressure in head and ears, that became normal after a while but from last 20 days i am feeling same while i drive and stand and walk i feel sudden heaviness in head palpitations and ear pressure as if i will fall and balance problem as i am floating, Can you suggest is it heart problem or any other major problem?

Hi doctor, I have Mild disc bulge at C5-C6 and I think my nerve is compressed . I took homeopathic treatment for 3 months after that my cervical back headache and neck pain symptoms are cured almost . But right now when am going for walk I feel like am getting fall ( some kind of dizziness ) doctor said it is because of vitamin b12 deficiency so my question does vitamin b12 deficiency cause trouble in walking or it is because of still my one of the nerve is getting pinch?

I went for blood test for CBC Report , he took blood from my right hand and after few seconds later I got sharp pain in left hand followed by erythematous papules , burning sensation on arms .  What could be the Reason ?

I recently started cycling 2 weeks ago. I have never cycled in my life. Been feeling a lot tired and light-headed. 2 days ago my hands and feets been trembling in rest and when a carry a little weight. There has been no effect on handwriting or walking. So the tremor is mild but not yet subsiding. I from before also have a bouts of insomnia, anxiety, depression and OCD. Is the tremor because of the stress of excercise and anxiety or do I have something major like Parkinson's or MS?
