Brain and Spine Problems

MY 23 YRS BROTHER IS DIAGNOSED 3 WKS BACK WITH TB MENINGITIS. HE HAS IMPROVED THAN BEFORE AND NOW HE IS ON STEROIDS, AND TB MEDICINES ORALLY... BUT STILL HE DO HAVE LOW GRADE FEVER 100 TO 102 SOS 103.. WITH MILD HEADACHE. I WANT TO ASK IS IT NORMAL TO HAVE SUCH SYMPTOMS DURING TREATMENT??

Numbness in right side of body. CT SCAN scan says small 6*4 mm sized calcification focus is seen on the left side of medulla .Mild celebrate atrophy. Also MRI report is attached for ref What does this mean?

There were some domestic topics and heated argument. Since 1 year i am facing this. I get nervous, scared of smallest of the things. During argument my heart rate increases and my legs tremble. I get shivering kindof feeling in whole body from inside. Fingers shiver. Thoughtlessness. Fear. Lack of apetite. Sometimes it is accompanied by motion.
