Brain and Spine Problems

I have to need to take to tablets daily of topiramate but headache not gone and I am not want to increase medicine dose i feel very bad i very afraid to travel and going alone anywhere due to pain please suggest something

Hello, i have lot of pain in lower back, like when I sleep straight, i cant get up for sometime, and feel pain and stiffness, this is there since a few years Then I have pain in feet, i feel heaviness in feet, when standing for long, but if i wear my footwear with half feet out, i don't feel so much pain, Also i have very mild discomfort in my neck region, like veryyyy mild pain, i don't know if to call that pain or not, And lastly, i have dizzy and floating feeling. Please please help!

I have Right side back of head pain since 2 days. I used Caffeine+Paracetmol tablet. It gives relief. I feel it will come again. So, What medication I need sir? What's the Problem? Please suggest the medication..I have exams now.

My mother was having high BP she has not taken any tablet before just now we came to know that she is having BP and BP is around 170 to 180 and last 2 weeks ago that is on 11.3.22 she told that she cant hold and things in left hand strength in left hand and legs have less power.. She can walk and also she can feel touch sensation in her hands but strength in left hand is low and we took her to a general physician on 21.3.22 and told the problem what I have mentioned above same to the doctor and he checked BP and he prescribed Tablet TELLZY AM 40, and STROCIT PLUS and told to do blood tests and MRI ECHO, X RAX. and after showing the reports to doctor he prescribed one more table NOVASTAT GOLD 20. In report he said there is a clot in right side of brain. I am now very much confused that weather I am on right track or not pls pls pls suggest me what has to be done.

My mother is suffering from Ankle pain with swelling. She met an Orthopedic, he asked to take X ray and also some blood tests, and conveyed that there is no issue in the reports. Prescribed some medicine. She is getting some relief (not completely) during the medication and after completion of the course, condition is as usaval. Could you please kindly suggest, what could be the reason for swelling and pain, recommended specialist for this problem. Thanks in advance for your kind response.

Does coughing cause concussion when I was coughing I realized little bit of vibration kind of in head. Does it cause aneurysm in head or aneurysm only happens when there is weakened artery. Pls answer urgent can coughing cause concussion or not because when I coughed I realized that can cough shake brain inside or not ?

27f.since 15 days having pain (upper part of right ear not ear but forehead the nerve)when I press my back teeth with force or when iam spitting water after brushing .normal time it is ok but during force or stretch and early morning having pain.1 month back my husband slapped me on face actually since 8 months every month he is slapping last slap got pain in that head nerve it was ok then but from 15 days having this pain and discomfort and numbness not always rarely...is this due to the slaps or is it due to cold as I have heavy headedness ears blocked and feverish but no high temp .using paracetomol since many days antibiotic since 6 days citrizine for 5 days .what may be the reason Plz help

From last year or so I started feeling my right body is bigger, but from last few months , i am feeling my right body muscles are bigger. When i walk for 20 mins, i feel as if my right leg has swollen from inside and right hand also swollen from inside and feel weak, I can punch with power, but it feels big and weak. When i make a fist at that time , I can feel my right fist swollen from inside and is thicker while left is normal. I also have constipation problem but mostly i feels it's stuck in right abdomen it self. Please help doc, I am not able to concentrate because all day I can think of is something bad happening to me. While normal walking as well i am feeling right bigger. I have attached my mri, mostly i feel fatigue all day.left lower back pain is there too. Because of this I am not able to live my life at all.please let me know what can I do , I will do anything to make it right.pls help.spinal mri is normal.bp normal,no sugar,EMG normal,taking b12,vitamin d,CBC,ESR normal.

Feeling dizzyness and leg weakness (sometimes extreme dizzyness, confusion) next day after taking alcohol... First we thought, its because of hangover But it's now two weeks,same issue persist? Is this something serious as I am not able to focus on anything specific...

My head aches every time in the scalp. Sometimes it triggers very badly. I knw one of the reason is stress which I am having but is there any  other medical reason and how can I get rid of it? Please help!
