I feel sometime burning sensation or some pain down to left rib and left side of my belly button. I feel pain back side of my heels while sleeping. Kindly suggest. Note : I am pre diabetic.

Does flenching head cause concussion my friend was splashing water and he splashed water in my face in reaction to that to protect myself I flenched a bit and I felt like my brain is moving inside the head. So does it cause concussion it was a normal reaction to body.
