Tingling in hand and feet
Since last 10 days my father is feeling tingling and numbness in legs and hand due to which he is unable to walk properly. His got history of Alcohol which his stopped 80% Doctor suggested some test mentioned below are the result Tests done :- Vitamin b12 range :- 2000 ; Alphafetoprotein range:- 2.88 Done with Sonography of whole abdomen and pelvis result are :- Liver normal in size, Gal bladder :- bile duct normal in caliber, Spleen:- is normal in size , both kidney normal in size ; both kidney slightly show cortical echogenecity , urinary bladder is normal, prostrate is normal in size. There is no ascites or abdomino-pelvic lymphadenopathy noted. Impression :- Grade I fatty liver, both kidney showed slightly raised cortical echogenecity Suggest RFT correlation. In such cases what should be next course of action . Will my father be able to talk again normal really worried for my father . Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.
